Welcome to the Official Active Worlds webring homepage. This ring was created in an effort to "centralize" the many Active Worlds web rings that are out there. This ring is hosted by Yahoo and the "ringmaster" is Mountain Myst. Activeworlds Corp. does not validate or endorse the content of any of the web pages that are part of the Webring. Visitors to the Webring understand that each page is independently owned and operated and is in no way whatsoever affiliated with Activeworlds Corp. or its affiliates.

How to Join the Ring

If you have a site dedicated to Active Worlds then we would love to add you to the ring. All you need to do is fill out the Submit New Site form. Your site will usually be added within a day.

Guidelines for Joining the Ring

In order to become part of the ring, your site will need to meet the following (very simple) requirements:

• You need to have something to do with Active Worlds. Your site doesnt have to be ONLY about Active Worlds, but it should be relevant in some way.
• You need to have the webring-style links on your site. The HTML code to do this for you will be sent to you when you apply to join, all you will need to do is add it to your page.
• The page you submit must be the same as the one with the webring links. For example, you can't have your homepage in the ring if the Webring links are on some secondary page. The idea is that people surfing through the ring should not have to hunt around on your site to continue to the next one.
