There are a great number of miscellaneous objects, including: streets, TVs, poles, drinks, tables, dressers, beds, stools, a computer, a newsstand machine, a patio umbrella, a mailbox, statues, and a hot air balloon. Some of the objects that used to be listed as miscellaneous are now listed in other categories, although many of those are also listed here for various reasons such as unusual naming or just to make them that much easier to find.
Animated Objects
Objects that are intrinsically animated used to be listed as miscellaneous objects. Although some of them have been kept here added convenience, you can find a more complete listing of such objects as TVs, fires and waterfalls in the Animation Panels and Animated Objects list. Although you can use the "animate" command to apply sequences of bitmaps to other objects, these objects come with textures which use the "filmstrip" animation technique to combine several bitmaps into one so that each square frame section of the bitmap can appear in sequence.
TV objects include tv1 and tv2bs (big screen). There is also a TV stand object.
Fire objects include flame1 and torch1 which use the same flame animation. The torch1 object has the flame contained in a pot. There are now also separate and more extensive listings of fire and water objects.
