Activeworlds Executive Officers

Rick Noll, 39, is the founder of the Company and has been president, chief executive officer and a director of the Company since its organization in January 1997. Mr. Noll attended Massachusetts College of Art and majored in the Fine Arts.

J.P. McCormick, 44, has been chairman of the Board of Directors, chief financial officer and a director of the Company since May 1997. Mr. McCormick is a graduate of Kent State University, Ohio.
