The Peacekeepers want to wish everyone using Active Worlds a very happy new year filled with prosperity, fun, and as little hassle as possible.

If you are brand new to building the best tip you could ever get is an entire world.  AWSchool is the place to go to learn anything you need to know about building.

Building for the first time is a major challenge for anyone. However it is often best to seek help to make sure you do it right. Previous Peacekeeper tips have covered the importance of claiming land but really did not deal with what do with it once you have it.

AWSchool is absolutely the very best place to start. Not only is it rich with lots of do-it-yourself information it is also loaded with examples that you can flat-out steal. In addition to all of instructional material on the many signs and pictures you will find there there's also a dedicated staff of instructors.

If you are an advanced builder it never hurts to go consult with an AWSchool instructor. Often times you will find things you did not know that enhance your capability to build really stunning stuff.

For those who do not speak English, many of the do-it-yourself signs are available in French, Dutch, German, Portuguese, Spanish, and Afrikanns.

Just about all the information you need to know is available on the AWSchool webpage:

Having worked with many of the instructors over the years the Peacekeepers categorically and enthusiastically endorse the service these dedicated instructors provide to the community, enabling us to enhance the beauty of all the incredible builds we create.
