Why do I keep getting Reason 6 errors when I try to upgrade?

This is a fix for AOL 5.0 users that get a Reason 6 during an upgrade (like the Beta upgrade)

• Go into the Windows ControlPanel and click the Add/Remove Program Icon
• In the remove programs list select Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and Internet Tools and click Add/Remove.
• Then in the popup box select Repair and click OK.
