As per the terms of your agreement to test the Activeworlds Beta, all support for the Beta must be conducted within the Beta newsgroup on the Active Worlds news servers. This is to ensure that all beta bug and problem information goes to the Activeworlds programmers. Technical support is not responsible for Beta solutions, and as such anyone utilizing the beta should go straight to the newsgroups when encountering any problem with an Active Worlds Beta.
