Setting AW Debug @ [7/24/2001 2:19:39 PM] by:
Activeworlds Support
This occurs when an illegal operation is performed upon entering a specific world, usually as the result of a corrupt object in that particular world.
If after clearing your cache, this continues to occur only at a specific location, perform the following debug:
Using a text editor like Notepad, cut and paste this into your aworld.ini file [debug] all=1
If it is already there make sure it is set to 1. This writes a file called aworld.log in the Active Worlds directory on your machine.
Re-start Active Worlds. After you receive the error and Active Worlds is no longer running, set the aworld.ini file back to this: [debug] all=0
otherwise it will keep writng the file until you quit Active Worlds or run out of disk space.
Email a copy of the aworld.log file to support@activeworlds.com with a description of your problem if it persists. Please zip it if its over 100k.
