Click the "Start" button on your Windows task bar, then "Run" and type in the following:
c:\windows\system\dxdiag.exe
then hit the enter key.

After a few moments you will see a program pop up called "DirectX Diagnostic Tool". On the bottom of the window you will see a button that says "Save all information". Click this button and save the DxDiag.txt file to a known location. Send an email to support@activeworlds.com with a copy of the DxDiag.txt file attached and a description of your problem.
