Virtual PC 3.0 has a new default setting for the right mouse button. Hold down the Control key and click the mouse to emulate the right mouse button on Windows.
Earlier versions of Virtual PC use Shift-click to emulate the right mouse button. After you install Virtual PC 3.0, these settings are changed. You can restore these settings (or change them to another key combination) in the Preferences settings for Mouse.
