AW Tech Support Tip Of The Month

Make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card and your sound card. Also make sure you are running at a 16bit color depth and have the latest version of DirectX installed. Try lowering the wave table size for your soundcard in the Multimedia applet in the Windows control panel or in the device manager under your sound card if applicable. Also some users have reported removing the Real Audio shortcut from the startup group can also resolve this problem.
