September 11, 2001: Grief and Remembrance

On September 11, 2001, the world watched in horror as terrorists committed attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City, NY, and the Pentagon in Washington D.C., killing thousands of innocent people, and changing our lives forever.

A special thanks to Zardon, Meranna and the AWEC team who, so beautifully, put into words and pictures some of the thoughts and tributes from a portion of the Active Worlds community, and submitted it for inclusion in the AWNewsletter.
